HIST HIST 325 Introduction to Public History
This course serves as an introduction to the topic of applied history through investigation of the various opportunities, practices, and venues of history conducted in a public setting. Students will explore different fields of public history such as historic preservation, site interpretation, and living history. Students will be introduced to the skills and techniques employed in government agencies, national parks, museums and historic sites and archives. Pre-req: ENG 102 or ENG 103, and
