The use of statistics as a tool for describing and interpreting data from correlational and experimental research in the social and behavioral sciences. Course includes a brief introduction to research methodology and the use of computer statistical packages. Prerequisites: Any math course other than MATH 046 and one of the following (depending on major) PSYC 201 or SOC 105 or POLS 101.
