The topics covered in this course encompass various types of leadership function and process structures prevalent in organizations. This course focuses on the importance and role of the design and alignment of structure with overall organizational strategy. Methods of assessing and effectively leading throughout organizational lifecycle stages are examined via theoretical and case-based approaches.
