CHEM 340 Organic Chemistry I
Three one-hour lectures per week; a study of the various classes of organic compounds, with emphasis on the hydrocarbons, their methods of preparations, and their reactions, factors influencing physical properties and chemical reactivity, free radicals' electrophilic addition and electrophilic substitution.
