MGT 449 Energy Management

Energy businesses are increasingly using strategic concepts and tools to incorporate environmental and social considerations into their decisions and operations. This course is designed for those who need to understand the whole dynamic of the energy environment. The course uses case studies, guest lectures and current readings related to the field of energy.

Comprehensive coverage of all facets of the management of energy sources, production, risks, and markets. Provides managerial tools necessary to increase production capabilities and maneuver with the transforming energy sectors.

*Students may elect to perform an Internship or a Capstone Project to fulfill this requirement.
