Paul N. Elbin Library

The Paul N. Elin Library provides research assistance for students and faculty at West Liberty University. Consultations with a librarian are recommended for assignments requiring research and sources. Elbin Library provides access to books, eBooks, eJournals, articles and video for use to our campus community. Interlibrary Loan Services are provided by Elbin Library for items not accessible through our collections.
