MGT 561 Management Internship

This course allows students the ability to gain hands-on experience in public or non profit sector organizations. This experience will help students translate their academic learning and gain direct exposure to the interplay between management and key organizational processes such as planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating policies, programs and services. Additionally, students will enhance their interpersonal and leadership skills, conflict resolution, formal and informal communication, change management, motivation and teamwork skills.
