EP 326 Exercise Physiology I Lab
This laboratory course will consist of basic exercise physiology and related practical applications including measurements and testing both resting and exercise states. Tests and measurements in the health-related parameters of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition will be completed. Skill related performance parameters are also addressed in reference to speed, agility, coordination, reaction time, power, and balance. Introduction to GXT's, metabolic circulations, measurements of HR, BP, RR, VO2, RPE, blood lactate, and other physiological variables will occur. A grade of "C" or better is required.
