MGT 330 Managing People and Organization

This course is designed to explore the critical aspects of managing people and organizations of all types. Beginning with the foundational roles and functions of a manager, and their need to plan, organize, lead and control, this course also examines the theories and principles of organizational behavior, human resource management and leadership. Additionally, students will also investigate organizational structure and communication, culture and change management.
