Questions about the center’s services should be emailed to CTLOE@westliberty.edu. For assistance with Canvas, use the Help link at the bottom of the Global Navigation Menu in Canvas.
National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement
If a student located in a State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) state has a complaint about their online course or program, it must first go through the institution's standard procedure for the resolution of student grievances. If a student is not satisfied with the outcome of the institutional process, a complaint may be brought to the West Virginia SARA portal entity. Their contact information and complaint form can be found at https://www.wvhepc.edu/inside-the-commission/special-initiatives/state-authorization-reciprocity-agreement-sara/ Resolution of the complaint by the West Virginia SARA portal entity is final.
