This minor in Art Therapy provides an opportunity for students to learn more about the therapeutic use of art with various client populations. Students interact experientially with a wide variety of media in order to understand the relationship between art-makers and creative expression. It further enhances student's understanding of different art processes and increases awareness of psychological, cognitive, and emotional responses found in art.
