EDLM 622 Approaches to Data Assessment and Critical Analysis
In this course, the student will learn the various data analysis techniques to employ in their proposed research based on their chosen methodology and design. This course will cover the common statistical tests that students may utilize in a quantitative study, as well as the thematic analysis / coding techniques required in qualitative research. By the end of this course, students will be able to successfully identify a data collection and analysis technique which will allow the researcher to gain their results. Sampling techniques will also be explored.
