EDLM 630 Budgeting and Management of Finances

In this course, the doctoral candidate will learn the basics of budgeting, asset management, and allocating resources for the hiring of personnel within their organization. Funding patterns, as well as the effects of finance reform will be viewed from an organizational and leadership perspective. The skills necessary to allow for fiscal management and morality will be addressed.
