EDLM 623 Ethical Issues and Obligations of the Leader
In the 21st century, the leader is required to know their obligations to identify and address potential ethical issues in the workplace and the steps to solving problems of practice. This course will explore the common ethical issues today’s leaders face and how to implement the necessary improvement interventions while focusing on solutions. An emphasis will be placed on effective communication, identification of key/common ethical issues, and the skills needed to resolve and implement a desired, ethical outcome.
