MKT 536 Consumer Behavior

This course explores the psychological, social, and cultural factors that influence consumer decision-making. Students will analyze consumer behavior theories and apply them to real-world marketing strategies. Providing insight into customer motivations, buying patterns, and brand loyalty, the course emphasizes the development of effective marketing strategies that align with consumer needs and preferences in both traditional and digital marketplaces, equipping students to leverage consumer insights for better product development, marketing communication, and customer experience design.
