EP 481 Professional Branding and Career Communication

This one-credit hour course prepares students to effectively present themselves in today’s competitive job market through professional written and digital communication. Students will learn to craft tailored résumés and cover letters that highlight their strengths and achievements, develop a polished LinkedIn and professional social media presence, and establish a cohesive personal brand that aligns with their career goals. Emphasis is placed on practical, hands-on skill building, including résumé and cover letter critiques, mock interview exercises, and personal branding projects. By the end of the course, students will possess a professional portfolio that showcases their unique value to potential employers.
