Biology: Pre-Veterinary (B.S.)
Students completing the B.S. degree in Biology, Pre-Vet will be required to earn a minimum G.P.A. of 2.5 overall and in the major and to earn at least a “C” in each course in the program.

Required Courses
Choose one lecture/lab course in vertebrate zoology at the 300-400 level:
BIO 380 Zoo Ornithology, BIO 382 Zoo Herpetology, and BIO 384 Zoo Mammalogy carry the Zoo Sciences course fee.
Choose 1 course/series in anatomy and physiology (4 credit hours or 8 credit hours total):
Students must complete the entire Human Anatomy & Physiology series with labs (BIO 302, 303, 328, and 334) or the single course in Comparative Animal Physiology.
