Business Administration: Accounting (B.S.)
The accounting major is designed with three primary objectives in mind: 1) to prepare students who intend to enter the fields of public or private accounting with an adequate background to become effective practitioners, 2) to educate students to become highly qualified professionals in great demand in today’s business world, 3) to help provide students with the necessary skills, abilities, and educational backgrounds to sit for the C.P.A. examinations. Please note that students wishing to become a licensed C.P.A must complete additional college coursework to a total of 150 credit hours in addition to passing the C.P.A. exam and completing one year of work experience.

Master of Business Administration Fast Track
The new WLU Fast Track initiative is designed to connect West Liberty University undergraduate degree programs with the WLU MBA graduate program. Undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) students can get a jump start on an MBA by taking up to 4 courses or 12 credit hours as they complete their undergraduate program to complete up to 40% of their 10-course MBA. A savings of both time and money, the Fast Track initiative provides students an attractive and efficient pathway from their bachelor’s degree to a master's degree.
